Hydro-entangled (Spun laced) technology – spin the fabric web with tiny & high pressure water spouts, and make the fibers be mixed & entangled to form a soft & strong non-woven. Generally speaking, the spunlace material is different with other non-woven – it’s very soft, nice strength & permeability, absorbent, durable, lint-free, odorless, Formalin or fluorescent agent free, easy to sew or wash, with or without additional bonding are both practicable, and various treatments (as water-repellent, fire retardant or anti-bacteria) are available. These characters and advantages make our “spunlace” could be applied to many useful territories.
